U.S. RMA WARRANTY SERVICE REQUEST: If your product is under warranty and you require warranty repair service, go to the below form. Be sure to include all of the information requested on the secure form, in order to receive your RMA number. Failure to provide all of the data may delay or cancel your request.
When you ship your product to us, be sure to include a photocopy of your original purchase receipt.
This is necessary to determine the status of your warranty.
The Warranty is NOT transferable from the ORIGINAL owner.
Products not purchased from an Authorized Zapco Dealer are not covered under warranty and should be referred to the seller.
>>> We will NOT accept any equipment for repair without a valid Serial Number.
PRODUCT SHIPPING INFORMATION: Once we have issued your RMA#, Please make sure to write the RMA# on all sides of the package(s) you are shipping to us. This will avoid any confusion and or delay in servicing your product. Any package on which the RMA# is not clearly visible will be refused by our Service Department.
