SBN celebrated it's 25th year in Daytona with tons of events from both MECA and IASCA. There were 26 cars entered in the triple point event with MECA. Team Zapco was represented in Sound Quality by Steve Cook with his Chevy Avalanche, and Robert Petty with his Acura CL. Steve Cook won Modex with the highest score of the show an 84.3, and Robert Petty won Extreme with the second highest score of the show an 83.5. They also took home a second and third place finish in the IASCA Spring Break Nationals SQC event. Steve and Robert were both introducing new versions of their vehicles for the 2011 season. Looks like they started the season off on a good note.

Team-Loco and Team Zapco entered the 3X MECA Soundfest
Three members of Team-Loco and Team Zapco entered the 3X MECA Soundfest at the 49th Annual Carl Casper International Car Show in Louisville, KY; Chris Releford, Doug Brennaman, and Rick Washabaugh.
Chris was representing in the SPL and Park & Pound divisions, Doug represented in the SQ, Install, and RTA divisions, while Rick entered all five competitions.

Team Zapco has strong showing at 2010 MECA World Finals
On October 16th and 17th 2010 in Lebanon TN Team Zapco once again made us all proud. With an outstanding 13 competitors in the lanes this year at finals for Zapco the team brought home an outstanding 21 awards. The Team fought hard all year and it showed with the scores at finals that were some of the closest all year. Many classes being decided by only a few tenths of a point. All of us at the factory would like to thank each and every one of the Team members for there continued commitment to the brand. Also a special note with MECA moving west we had some west of the Mississippi Team members joined us at finals this year. Brian Souter from OK and the Wired 4 Sound crew from Anthem AZ made it all the way to TN for finals. Congrats to all the Team members and once again thank you from all of us at Zapco.
