Product Shipping Information
If your product is under warranty and you require warranty repair service, choose our WARRANTY SERVICE
buttom located on this page. Be sure to include all of the information requested on the secure submition form in
order to receive your RMA number. Failure to provide all of the data may delay or cancel your request. When
you ship your product to us be sure to note and include the following:
1 - A photocopy of your original purchase receipt, this is necessary to determine the status of your warranty
2 - The Warranty is NOT transferable from the ORIGINAL owner.
3 - If you do not provide a receipt of purchase from an authorized Zapco dealer, there is NO warranty.
4 - Any relevant correspondences ie: sales receipts, description of problem etc... should be included in an
envelope and taped to the product that you are sending in for service.
5 - We will NOT accept any equiptment for repair without a valid Serial Number.
If your product is out of warranty and you require repair service, choose our REPAIR SERVICE buttom located
on this page. Be sure to include all of the information requested on the secure submition form in order to
receive your RMA number. Failure to provide all of the data may delay or cancel your request. There is a $75
service charge for inspection of your product. Repairs are automatically done if under $125.00, we will call you
with a quote, if it will exceed that amount. The $75 fee will be put towards the repair. When you ship your
product to us be sure to note and include the following:
1 - A photocopy of your original purchase receipt if available.
2 - Any relevant correspondences ie: sales receipts, description of problem should be included in an envelope
and taped to the product that you are sending in for service.
3 - There is a $75 service charge for all inspections, This payment MUST be included and MUST be paid in the
form of a Cashiers Check or Money Order. No personal checks, company checks, or credit cards will be
accepted. This is only required is your product is NOT under Warranty, the $75 fee will be put towards the final
repair cost.
4 - We will NOT accept any equiptment for repair without a valid Serial Number.
Once we have issued your RMA#, Please make sure to write the RMA# on all sides of the package(s) you are
shipping to us. This will avoid any confusion and or delay in servicing your product. Any package on which the
RMA# is not clearly visible will be refused by our Service Department. All packages should be shipped to the
following address once you have your RMA#.
